Chapter I

Hey y'all! Happy Monday and I hope you enjoy reading XD

With the sun going gaga all over the people in the railway station, all Riu can think about are the lip smacking shawarma rolls she would have had if she was home right about now.

She is seated in the express train heading off to Mumbai which is now standing in the Bangalore railway station.

The summer vibes ruling the entire city makes it even harder for Riu to concentrate on her PowerPoint presentation.

Sweat dripping down her spine encourages her to grab a drink from her backpack only to get disappointed. The drink has spilled all over the front compartment of her leather bag.

"You have gotta be kidding me." she mutters to herself and thinks of a way to get rid of the mess.

Well, the train is standing still for about an hour now so she might as well just get out of the train and fetch some coke to get going.

Sighing heavily, she pulls her hair into a tight bun and steps out of the train and looks around.

In the corner of the platform, a small shop stood upright; crowded with wheat-brown buddies pouncing on everything within their eyesight.

"Boy, summer is really getting everyone worked up huh." she declares to no one.

Vaguely grinning, she starts marching towards the shop thinking about her show happening in Mumbai tonight.

Riu works for a club familiarly known as the 'Women's Bureau Club."

This particular club conducts feminist shows all around the mega cities. While most of the feminist movements revolves around wanting equal rights for men and women, her club revolves around a different perspective.

They want to bring light on how the society is running behind hypothetical facts of proving that women can do EVERYTHING a man does; with which feminism loses its uniqueness.

Instead they aim at whiping up a smart spin on how women are meant to do ANYTHING a man "can't" do.

The very thought of this made Riu smile like an idiot in love. She was so very excited to host the very show scripted entirely by herself.

She remembers how very red her chubby fingers went writing the entire thing down considering the fact that she was an old fashioned female.

Before she could get lost in her thoughts, she finds herself in front of the little shop.

The grubby demon inside her allows her to buy a few chunkie bars with the honored coke.

Hummilng merrily, she turns around to get back to the train and woah!

It's starting to move?

"Nah nah nah, this can't be happening. This ain't a bollywood rom-com!" she screams as she runs towards the train like a shabby dog chasing a bone in the master's hands.

Before she could even process the marathon, her brain welcomes her to get blank for the next few seconds.

Giving up, she kneels down on the floor breathing heavily with her hand holding her chest tight.

"Ugh, this ain't fair. It would be rude to the entire mankind if I don't reach Mumbai in time." she barks between short breaths.

"Well, you don't look good now. Need a hand?"  Riu hears a voice next to her.

She looks up slowly and her heart performs a sudden somersault accompanied with her face go all white.

"YOU!?"
